Jennifer Aniston seems so sure about the success of her relationship with her fiance, Justin Theroux, that she has reportedly refused to sign a $150 million prenuptial agreement with him.

“Jen’s absolutely adamant about not having a prenup. She told several friends: ‘I’m choosing love, not money. And people are just going to have to deal with it,’” a source close to Jennifer told OK! magazine, according to Hollywood Life. Theroux seems to feel very differently, however. “Justin really wants a prenup because the last thing he wants is to be branded a gold-digger. He’s got enough self-assurance to not feel intimidated by her fortune and he wants Jen to know that even if the marriage ends he will never take a dime from her,” the source told OK!, according to Caboolture News.

If she and Theroux end up getting divorced, this decision could cost her a roughly $150 million, Hollywood Life reports. It could also be damaging if the two separated after they had children together.
“No one doubts that this is a true love match and of all of the guys she’s been with, everyone’s confident he’s a keeper. But to lay everything on the line for him seems an unnecessary risk,” the source said according to Caboolture News.
“It’s a sweet and romantic thing to do,” the source added, according to Hollywood Life. “But a number of friends are desperately worried her decision could come back to haunt her one day… Jen was so badly hurt when Brad Pitt left her, it makes sense that her friends are extremely protective of her.”

Aniston, however, seems to be quite hopeful and confident that the relationship will work. “I couldn’t be in a relationship without equality, generosity, integrity, spirit, kindness, and humor,” Jen told OK!, Hollywood Life reports.
“Everything is going so well between Jen and Justin right now, she doesn’t want to taint the romance,” the source told OK!
In addition, Aniston’s confidence doesn’t seem completely ungrounded. “Her engagement ring took a huge chunk of his fortune so she’s 100 per cent sure he’s not after her cash,” the source said, according to Caboolture News.

De 43-jarige actrice is momenteel samen met verloofde Justin Theroux.

The 43-year-old actress is hoping to pull off a surprise wedding at Julia’s New Mexico home – similar to ‘Gossip Girl’ star Blake Lively’s recent low-key South Carolina nuptials with Ryan Reynolds – and is planning to marry fiance Justin Theroux in the near future.

A source told OK! Magazine: ”Jen has fallen in love with New Mexico, it has a very relaxed vibe that fits both her and Justin perfectly, so it would be a great place for them to have the wedding.”

The actress is currently filming the romantic comedy ‘We’re the Millers’ close to her good friend Julia’s sprawling ranch, whose niece Emma Roberts is co-starring in the film.

Emma is said to have offered to show Jennifer around the picturesque property as they believe it could be the perfect place for her South-western style wedding because it offers maximum privacy and enough space for approximately 100 close family and friends.

Jennifer – who got engaged on Justin’s birthday in August – was previously said to be interested in eloping with her beau to Kenya.

An insider said: ”Both Jen and Justin want a private and intimate wedding, and they love the idea of eloping and marrying abroad. Kenya will be an amazingly romantic break and the plan is to have some kind of informal blessing while out there. They may well undergo something more formal in Los Angeles immediately afterwards.”

However, British magazine Heat has revealed the pair actually got engaged during their holiday to Italy in July.

“They kept his proposal to themselves because they wanted to wait until he had the ring, and also they wanted to make a formal announcement when they were ready,” a friend of the couple told the publication. “Justin also wanted to tell his ex-girlfriend [Heidi Bivens] in person, so she didn’t find out from the press.”

The insider added that the formal engagement on August 10 was pre-planned at an intimate location.

“On Justin’s birthday they went to Blue Hill, their favourite restaurant in the Village – it’s dark and quiet and they’re always left alone there. Over champagne, they decided they would announce the engagement that weekend. Jen is happier than I’ve ever seen her,” the friend revealed.

Insiders say that Jennifer knew about the engagement long before the informal proposal. Sources insist the pair – who have been dating for around 15 months – have spoken about marriage before.

Her representative, Stephen Huvane, confirmed Sunday night that the actress is engaged to her boyfriend of more than a year, Justin Theroux.

“Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage,” said Theroux’s rep in a statement to People, which first reported the engagement.

Theroux, 41, and Aniston, 43, have known each other for years, but started dating more than a year ago after working on the comedy “Wanderlust.” The two moved in together and tabloids soon began predicting everything from marriage to babies for the new couple.

Aniston had been a part of such speculation for years, ever since the demise of her marriage to Brad Pitt after a five-year union in 2005. While Pitt moved on to a long-term relationship with Angelina Jolie, Aniston had high-profile relationships with John Mayer and Vince Vaughn that didn’t last, leading to the common narrative: When will Jen find someone or have a child?

It’s a theme that irked the former “Friends” actress.

“It’s very narrow-minded, I think. It doesn’t measure the level or my happiness or success in my life and my achievements or any of that,” she told “CBS This Morning” earlier this year. In the same interview, she said she was happier than she’d ever been.
